Cuts reasonably well, but very crumbly. Tiles vary in thickness, but only noticeable when cut into smaller pieces.
I love the look of them, but for my project they need to be double-sided, and the plasticky mesh backing is a nightmare to remove! The description says 'Comes on a backing of either mesh/paper/plastic,' but is there a way to choose this?

Bought a sample tile expecting it to be 25mm x 25mm as advertized when in fact they are 23mm x 23mm, when i rang to ask if the sent the wrong one, was told oh these are mixed boxes, what a load of rubbish, either 25mm or 23mm, you don't buy a mixed box of different sizes, colours maybe, then a issue with refund, disappointed
Saw these in 'Discontinuerd' and thought I'd get them for a number sign outside my house. Haven't tried the 'Glow in the dark' bit yet. Only gripe is that they were loose in the box with the rest of my order, not in a bag as everything else was..

I love mother-of-pearl and had to get some when I saw them in the Sale section. Lovely colour - dyed I assume! Trouble is I've no idea what to use them for now! (I find the only way of cutting them is by cutting two together, or with another tile , as they're too thin for the wheeled nippers singly.)
Got them for the base of a Christmas reindeer scene - will use without grouting I think.
Got these for a project I started using some I got a while ago. Sure they were the same colour - certainly the nearest - but turned out to be a slightly different shade which really showed! I do love the Murrini tiles though but there don't seem to be as may as there used to be?
I bought a 4mm thick, 25mm in size base and it’s big enough to make some intricate sugar skull designs. Pretty solid base.
